The location is perfect, just steps from the metro and tram stations, making it easy to explore. The spacious room featured modern amenities, including efficient room technology. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, offering a wide variety of quality options to kickstart the day.

The room was clean and spacious. with heated bathroom floors! The breakfast had an amazing variety and was cooked to order. Perfect spot for exploring the Christmas market and museums nearby.

Charming Stay with Great Service

Enjoyed my solo stay in a Deluxe Double Room for 5 nights. The friendly staff went above and beyond, arranging concert tickets for me. Breakfast offered a delightful variety, with eggs cooked to order. Tip, consider bringing snacks, as the mini fridge was empty except for complimentary water.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Levante Parliament A Design Hotel (Adults Only). The location was ideal, just a short walk to the Parliament and nearby attractions. The breakfast buffet was delightful, offering a variety of fresh options to start the day.

Exceptional service made our stay

Our arrival was met with refreshing glasses of ice-cold water, a thoughtful touch. Spacious rooms designed for comfort with a great breakfast that energized us for the day. The staff was exceptionally kind and always available to help, offering ice packs for our daughter’s injured ankle—making us feel truly valued.

One downside was that the double bed was two singles pushed together, which disrupted our sleeping experience. Some towels were smaller than expected and not overly plush, but we managed.

i expected a lot more from this so-called design hotel. the bathroom was ridiculously narrow, making it almost impossible to change. plus, the air conditioning was turned off for the winter. i woudl have appreciated a complimentary gesture for these inconveniences, but i guess that’s too much to ask here. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

the staff provided complimentary water in the car for our trip back. restaurant service in the courtyard was not attentive.

It was just a strong match for a little getaway in Vienna with good price value. The receptionist surprised us with a bottle of Prosecco for our anniversary, which was a nice touch. Consider checking if there are any special arrangements for celebrations before your stay.

My stay was marred by several frustrating issues. The air conditioning in my room wasn't functioning well, making it uncomfortably warm at night. I also experienced difficulty with the single lift during busy times, leading to long waits.

We checked in and the receptionist was really good, she offered us an upgrade. It was my birthday and they surprised me with a treat sent up to our room, that was a nice touch.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but for the service we got, it was justifiable.
